Overview

Vana is hiring an Asesor Comercial to promote and manage microfinance and credit services in the field. This role requires 2+ years of experience in microfinance or MIPYME credits.

Who you are

You have over 2 years of experience in microfinance or MIPYME credits, demonstrating a strong understanding of the financial landscape and the needs of small and medium enterprises. You possess a vehicle or motorcycle, enabling you to work effectively in a field-based role. Residing in the coverage area is essential for this position, allowing you to engage directly with clients and manage your portfolio efficiently.

Your ability to promote, evaluate, and place credits is complemented by your skills in managing client relationships and portfolios. You understand the importance of fieldwork and are comfortable working independently to achieve your targets. You are motivated by the potential for professional growth and are eager to contribute to the success of your team and the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the promotion, evaluation, placement, and collection of credits. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the support necessary to succeed. Your work will involve direct interaction with clients in the field, allowing you to build strong relationships and understand their financial needs better.

You will also be tasked with evaluating credit applications and making informed decisions based on your assessments. Your ability to analyze client situations and provide tailored solutions will be crucial in driving the success of the credit offerings. Additionally, you will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What we offer

We offer a competitive base salary of Q 5,500.00, along with average commissions of Q 8,000.00. You will also receive a transportation bonus and depreciation benefits, ensuring that you are supported in your fieldwork.
