Vanilla Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, launches, and market adoption. You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a tech startup environment — you've successfully launched products and driven market adoption through strategic positioning and messaging. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value. You possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, enabling you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your strategies and measure success, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can make a significant impact. You are a creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and is excited about the opportunity to shape the future of estate planning through innovative technology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product marketing strategy for Vanilla Technologies, ensuring that our products are positioned effectively in the market. You will lead the development of go-to-market plans for new product launches, collaborating with Product Management to understand product features and benefits. You will work closely with Sales to equip them with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product value to customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, analyzing competitive offerings, and refining our messaging accordingly. You will also be responsible for creating marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and website content, to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you will track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
