What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager at Vanta, you will lead the Reporting and Enterprise Hub teams, focusing on how enterprise customers interact with their compliance data. You will oversee the evolution of the reporting product offering to meet the data needs of large organizations. Your role will involve shaping the future of compliance management by delivering visibility and actionable insights that empower organizations to manage their compliance programs effectively. You will build and mentor a team of engineers, guiding them through the development of innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly with security monitoring practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify product development opportunities and ensure that your teams are aligned with Vanta's mission to help businesses earn and prove trust.
