What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Vanta, you will lead the Reporting and Enterprise Hub teams, focusing on enhancing how enterprise customers visualize and manage their compliance data. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy, ensuring that your teams deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of large organizations. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scopes and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your engineering team, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in high-level decision-making, influencing the direction of Vanta's product offerings and ensuring that they remain competitive in the market.
