What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Test Experience team at Vanta, you will lead a talented group of engineers in building and scaling the platform's testing features. You will set the strategic direction for your team, ensuring alignment with Vanta's mission to provide continuous security monitoring for compliance standards. You will oversee the development process, from initial design through implementation, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, reliable features that meet customer needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project requirements and prioritize tasks. Your role will involve regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings with team members to support their professional growth and address any challenges they may face. You will also be responsible for fostering a results-driven culture within your team, encouraging innovation and accountability.
