What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Test Experience team, you will lead the development of features that provide customers with visibility into their compliance posture. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of tests, from configuration and execution to managing outcomes and driving customer actions. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling the execution infrastructure and implementing next-generation test personalization. You will work closely with your team to explore AI-powered solutions for test creation and intelligent remediation workflows, ensuring that Vanta remains at the forefront of trust management technology.

You will be responsible for setting the strategy for your team, ensuring that they deliver results consistently and sustainably. You will cultivate a healthy, results-driven culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation. Your role will involve regular one-on-ones with team members to support their professional development and performance management. You will also collaborate with other engineering teams to align on best practices and share insights that enhance the overall product experience.
