What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager at Vanta, you will lead a talented team focused on building core monetization systems. You will define and execute the technical strategy for a unified monetization platform that integrates seamlessly with Finance and GTM Ops. This involves supporting multiple sales models and establishing best practices in data modeling and distributed systems design.

You will be responsible for platformizing entitlements, purchasing, and billing, enabling other product teams to manage customer access and pricing logic effectively. Your role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the monetization infrastructure supports Vanta's growth and enhances the customer experience.
