You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to derive insights from data and make recommendations that drive business improvements. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. You thrive in a role where you can influence processes and help unblock teams to achieve their revenue targets.
Desirable
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a track record of implementing successful operational strategies. Your ability to maintain documentation and transparency across teams is essential for fostering collaboration and accountability.
What you'll do
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Vanta, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA Sales Development leader, providing operational support and insights to enhance team performance. You will prepare materials for business reviews and GTM planning sessions, ensuring that sales managers have the data they need to succeed. Your role will involve maintaining documentation of processes, dashboards, and reporting logic to promote transparency across teams. You will analyze team performance and provide coaching insights to new-logo sales managers, helping them to optimize their strategies and drive revenue growth.
