Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations, with at least 5 years of experience in analytics and operations roles. You are skilled in providing insights that drive business decisions and have a knack for building effective dashboards that communicate key metrics clearly. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can partner with sales and leadership teams to optimize performance.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of revenue processes, which helps you to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. Your experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is extensive, and you are comfortable working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the dedicated partner to SDR leadership, providing real-time insights that inform strategy and decision-making. You will build and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, ensuring that the sales team has access to the data they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance revenue performance.
You will also be responsible for developing reports that summarize performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
