Vanta is hiring a Solutions Architect to secure technical wins and design solutions for Enterprise clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and utilize skills in AWS and SQL. This role requires experience in technical solution design.

Who you are
You have a strong background in technical solution design, ideally with experience in security or compliance standards. You understand the importance of continuous security monitoring and have a knack for identifying technical blockers in complex environments. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can provide exceptional technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their success with your solutions. You are comfortable leading workshops and discussions to dive deep into prospect tech stacks and validate their technical fit. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 is a plus. Familiarity with various tech stacks and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Architect at Vanta, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers to secure the technical win on Vantaβs most complex and strategic deals. You will lead Discovery and Architecture Workshops to explore prospect tech stacks and identify any technical blockers that may hinder implementation. Your role will involve owning and executing the Solution Validation process, ensuring that the solutions you design meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions Engineering team to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions that drive revenue growth. Your technical expertise will be crucial in validating the technical fit of our solutions and addressing any risks that arise during the sales process. You will also play a key role in providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation, ensuring they achieve seamless and successful outcomes with Vanta's Trust Management Platform.
