What you'll do
As a Solutions Architect at TwelveLabs, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the deployment of cutting-edge video understanding APIs. You will work closely with the Field Engineering team to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and meet customer needs. Your role will involve collaborating with developers and enterprises to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that leverage TwelveLabs' multimodal foundation models.
You will act as a thought partner, helping clients navigate challenges and maximize the value of the technology. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the deployment strategy and ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the deployment process, identifying areas for enhancement and sharing best practices with the team.
