Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing enterprise delivery processes, with a focus on ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Your experience includes developing strategies to streamline post-sales operations and improve time-to-value for clients. You excel at building relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to drive successful outcomes for enterprise customers.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to audit current processes and identify bottlenecks effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
What you'll do
In your first 30 days, you will develop a deep understanding of Vapi's active enterprise customers, focusing on their deployment status and health. You will audit current time-to-production metrics and identify major bottlenecks that hinder efficiency. Building strong relationships with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership will be crucial as you assess current engagement models across various teams.
By the 60-day mark, you will define clear ownership and engagement models across post-sales teams, executing quick wins to accelerate in-flight enterprise deployments. Establishing customer health reporting and delivery metrics will be essential to provide executive-level visibility into the delivery process. You will work to standardize practices that enhance the quality and speed of enterprise delivery, ensuring that customers achieve their goals quickly and confidently.
