Who you are
You have a background in technical roles at early-stage startups, ideally with experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You understand the nuances of deploying enterprise solutions and have a knack for identifying additional use cases within client teams. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through, possibly having built your own startup in the past. You thrive in environments where ownership and impact are paramount, and you appreciate working alongside a team of founders who share a similar journey.
You are comfortable with the fast-paced nature of startup life and can adapt quickly to changing requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You are driven by the mission of creating impactful voice interfaces and are excited about the potential of voice technology in transforming user experiences.
What you'll do
In your first 30 days, you will focus on deploying a large enterprise solution onsite, ensuring that the implementation meets client expectations and is executed smoothly. By the 60-day mark, you will have identified additional use cases within the clientβs team, showcasing your ability to think strategically about product applications. After 90 days, you will work on building enhancements to the product that simplify future deployments, making the process more efficient for both your team and the clients.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will involve understanding client needs deeply and translating those into actionable insights for the product team. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the deployment and are aware of new features and capabilities as they become available.
