You have experience working in a technical role at an early-stage startup, ideally as a Forward Deployed Engineer. You understand the challenges of deploying technology solutions in enterprise environments and have a track record of successful implementations. Your background may include building your own startup, which gives you a unique perspective on the entrepreneurial journey. You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable with rapid changes and challenges that come with scaling technology solutions. You are a team player who values collaboration and enjoys working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

What you'll do

In your first 30 days, you will focus on deploying a large enterprise solution onsite, ensuring that the implementation meets customer expectations and is completed efficiently. By the 60-day mark, you will identify additional use-cases within the customer's team, helping to expand the deployment's impact and value. After 90 days, your goal will be to develop a product that simplifies future deployments, making it easier for other teams to replicate the success you've achieved. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you deploy are not only effective but also scalable for future growth. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with the Vapi platform.
