You thrive in environments where you can ramp up quickly on complex systems — within your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with our multi-cluster, multi-cloud infrastructure, setting the stage for impactful contributions. Your technical expertise allows you to tackle challenges head-on, and you enjoy the thrill of working on systems that handle millions of calls daily.

What you'll do

In your first 60 days, you will deliver a new service like the Anycast Global Router, showcasing your ability to implement innovative solutions that enhance our infrastructure. As you progress to owning a domain like GPU inference clusters, you will be responsible for ensuring that our systems can handle the increasing load as we scale to hundreds of millions of calls.

You will collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers, sharing insights and strategies to optimize performance and reliability. Your role will involve not just technical execution but also contributing to the culture of ownership and collaboration that defines Vapi. You will be part of a mission to create a generational impact by building a human interface for every business.
