You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in developing scalable services for SaaS applications. You thrive in agile environments and enjoy tackling complex problems, taking ownership of your projects from inception to deployment. Your expertise in Java and Spring frameworks allows you to build robust backend systems that support high-demand applications. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers and product managers, to deliver impactful solutions. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.

Desirable

Experience with AWS services is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools. A background in the life sciences or healthcare technology sector would be beneficial but is not required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of backend services for a new product aimed at transforming the life sciences industry.
