What you'll do

As a Senior Consultant / Consultant in AI Strategy at Veeva Systems, you will be a founding member of a dedicated AI practice within the Business Consulting team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the deployment of Veeva’s next-generation AI Agents, shaping how AI is applied in the life sciences industry. You will collaborate with the VP of Sales to define business strategies that integrate AI solutions, ensuring that these strategies are not only visionary but also actionable.

You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, crafting tailored AI strategies that drive user adoption and enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve hands-on work, tuning AI prompts and configuring agents to align with the defined strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of AI implementations, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to the growth of the AI practice by sharing insights and best practices with your team. You will participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and help mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
