What you'll do

As the Lead for Link Key People, you will oversee a team of approximately 40 researchers, guiding them in identifying key data related to professionals in the life sciences sector. Your leadership will be crucial in streamlining processes and improving the efficiency of data collection efforts. You will work closely with your team to ensure that they have the resources and support needed to succeed in their roles.

You will be responsible for setting clear goals and expectations for your team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
