What you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing Managed Services to R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that customers maximize the value of their Veeva solutions. Your role will involve working closely with the product management team to communicate customer requirements and adapt to the evolving needs of the industry. You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with Veeva products.
You will also contribute to the growth of the Managed Services team, collaborating with over 90 consultants across Europe. Your insights and expertise will help shape the direction of the team and the services offered. You will be involved in training and mentoring junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
