What you'll do

As a Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be part of the Managed Services team, providing support to clients after they go live with Veeva applications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in leveraging the Vault Safety solution, ensuring they receive the full benefits of the platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve conducting training sessions for clients, helping them navigate the Veeva applications effectively. You will also be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise, acting as a trusted partner in their journey with Veeva.
