What you'll do

As a RIM Consultant, you will be part of a dedicated Managed Services team that supports R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that clients are effectively utilizing the additional value that Veeva applications offer. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support, acting as a trusted partner in their journey.

You will engage in various activities, including training clients on the use of Veeva applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to enhance their experience. Your role will involve collaborating with other consultants and teams within Veeva to share insights and best practices, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.
