Experience with regulatory information management (RIM) solutions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS environments will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are a proactive communicator who can engage with clients effectively and understand their unique challenges.

What you'll do

As a RIM Implementation Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing the regulatory needs of our clients. You will translate these requirements into tailored solution designs, configuring our cloud-based RIM suite to meet their specific needs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. You will also provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of regulatory data management.
