What you'll do

As an Implementation Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' global regulatory needs and translating those requirements into solution designs. You will configure our cloud-based Vault RIM suite to manage regulatory information across the enterprise. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to ensure that the solutions you implement meet their specific needs and help them achieve their regulatory goals.

You will also provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use the solutions effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through the implementation process, addressing any challenges that arise, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. You will work as part of a dedicated Professional Services team, contributing to the overall success of Veeva's mission to transform the life sciences industry.
