What you'll do

As a RIM Implementation Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing customer requirements related to regulatory information management. You will work closely with clients to design and configure Veeva’s RIM suite, ensuring that it meets their unique needs. Your role will involve translating regulatory requirements into solution designs that enhance data and document management processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that streamline regulatory workflows and improve efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through the implementation process, providing training and support as needed. You will also be involved in ongoing customer engagement, helping to identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancement of their regulatory processes.
