What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with clients to implement Veeva Vault LIMS, a cutting-edge cloud solution designed to streamline laboratory processes. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the adoption of this technology, ensuring they realize its full potential to enhance their operations. Your role will involve conducting needs assessments, developing implementation plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure that the solutions you provide align with client expectations and industry standards. Your expertise will help clients optimize their laboratory workflows, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. You will also be involved in training users on the new system, ensuring they are equipped to leverage its capabilities effectively.
