What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing Veeva Vault LIMS, a modern cloud solution designed to streamline laboratory processes. You will partner with customers to ensure they successfully adopt this new technology, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process. Your efforts will help bring new efficiencies to customers by optimizing their laboratory operations.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable plans for implementation. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and delivers value. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously improve the product based on their experiences.

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in driving customer success and satisfaction. You will be expected to travel as needed to meet with customers and support their implementation efforts. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Veeva's mission to help life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster.
