What you'll do

As a RIM Consultant, you will be part of a dedicated Managed Services Team that provides ongoing support to R&D customers after they go live with Veeva applications. Your role will involve advising clients on best practices and helping them navigate the complexities of regulatory processes. You will work closely with a team of over 90 consultants across Europe, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on customer success.

You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that enhance their use of Veeva applications. Your responsibilities will include training clients, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that they are equipped to leverage the full capabilities of the Veeva platform. You will also have opportunities to contribute to internal projects aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
