What you'll do

As a Services Lead, you will be a crucial member of the Korea Commercial Professional Services team, working side-by-side with customers to implement Veeva Products. Your role involves collaborating with solution architects to configure products effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and success.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Veeva's delivery model, sharing insights and best practices with your team.
