What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a remote team dedicated to rule-based web research, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will design and control business processes while supporting their execution, which involves identifying and removing obstacles that hinder your team's performance. Your primary focus will be on improving process efficiency and reducing defects, which will directly impact the quality of the data applications your team supports.

You will collaborate closely with managers, analysts, and researchers to align your team's efforts with the broader goals of Veeva Systems. You will also be responsible for tracking operational metrics and reporting on your team's performance, providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
