Desirable

What you'll do

As the Data Steward Lead, you will be responsible for improving process efficiency and reducing defects within the Pharma commercial business. You will design and implement business processes that enhance personalized engagements based on the preferred channels and topic interests by HCP level. Your role will involve planning and controlling these processes while supporting their execution by removing barriers for your team members.

You will lead a remote team of freelancers, ensuring that they are well-equipped to perform their tasks effectively. Your leadership will focus on delivering operational metrics associated with your processes and results, which will be critical in measuring the success of your initiatives. You will also be tasked with driving process improvements and technology enhancements that align with Veeva's mission to transform the life sciences industry.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including managers, analysts, and researchers. Your ability to foster a positive team environment will be essential in keeping your team engaged and motivated.
