What you'll do

As the Director of LIMS Strategy, you will lead the charge in expanding Veeva's Laboratory Information Management System across North America. Your role involves shaping a clear vision for how modern, cloud-based laboratory management can transform quality control and laboratory operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the evolving needs of manufacturers in sectors such as consumer goods, food & beverage, and chemicals. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, helping them navigate their modernization efforts and positioning Veeva LIMS as the leading solution in the market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies that drive measurable growth, fostering collaboration among teams, and ensuring that customer success remains at the forefront of all initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly to maintain Veeva's competitive edge.
