What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the HCO Data team, you will lead the architectural design of the data engine that powers Veeva Link — your role involves defining and building resilient data pipelines that can handle complex data flows and dependencies. You will oversee a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support as they develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

You will collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications — your ability to communicate effectively across teams will be crucial in ensuring alignment and driving project success.
