What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the HCO Data team at Veeva Systems, you will lead the design and implementation of data pipelines that support the company's mission to transform the life sciences industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the architecture of the data engine that powers Veeva Link, ensuring that it meets the needs of various stakeholders.

Your role will involve managing a team of engineers, providing them with the guidance and support they need to excel in their roles. You will conduct regular one-on-ones to discuss career development and performance, fostering an environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

You will also be responsible for defining best practices for data management and ensuring that your team adheres to these standards.
