What you'll do

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Generation Veeva program, which focuses on developing new graduates. You will coordinate and facilitate networking events that connect new grads with industry professionals, fostering relationships that can help them grow in their careers. You will also assist in campus recruiting efforts, organizing interviews and engagement activities that attract top talent to Veeva.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Program Directors to ensure the smooth execution of events and initiatives. You will help create a welcoming environment for new graduates, guiding them through their onboarding process and supporting their integration into the company culture. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve the program and enhance the experience for future cohorts.
