What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment strategy for Generation Veeva, focusing on attracting and identifying high-potential talent for various roles within the company. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with Veeva's long-term goals. You will build and maintain relationships with target universities and faculty, broadening Veeva's reach to find exceptional candidates. You will implement a modern, data-driven approach to recruitment, moving away from traditional methods to identify talent more accurately and objectively. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong pipeline of future leaders for Veeva, ensuring that the company continues to thrive in the life sciences industry.
