What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Veeva's Professional Services team, responsible for understanding and addressing the global regulatory needs of our customers. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs that leverage Veeva's Vault RIM suite. Your expertise will guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring that they can effectively manage regulatory information across their enterprises.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies for deploying our cloud-based solutions, ensuring that they align with customer objectives and regulatory standards. Your role will involve providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their use of our software. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes, sharing insights and best practices with your team.
