You have a proven track record of working with life sciences companies, helping them bring therapies to patients faster. Your expertise in Veeva’s Vault RIM suite or similar software solutions is a significant asset. You are comfortable working remotely and can adapt to the needs of customers across different regions. Your strong communication skills enable you to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their regulatory needs are met effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the global regulatory needs of Veeva's customers and translating those requirements into actionable solution designs. You will work closely with the Professional Services team to define strategies for deploying Veeva’s cloud-based regulatory information management solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

You will engage with clients to assess their unique regulatory challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes will be crucial as you guide customers through the implementation process. You will also be involved in training and supporting clients post-implementation, ensuring they maximize the value of Veeva’s solutions.
