What you'll do

As a Lead Consultant/Program Lead at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud. You will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business processes across clinical, regulatory, quality, and drug safety domains. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. By fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement, you will empower your team to innovate and deliver exceptional results.
