What you'll do

As a Lead Consultant/Program Lead at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for Veeva’s Vault Development Cloud. You will partner with some of Veeva’s largest and most complex customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Your role will involve overseeing project delivery, managing timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous innovation and improvement in the services provided to clients. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team.
