What you'll do

As a Lead Consultant/Program Lead at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical colleagues in developing and executing strategic roadmaps for enhancements. You will partner with some of Veeva’s largest and most complex customers, ensuring that their needs are met with the best cloud-based technology solutions. Your role will involve overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that deliverables align with customer expectations.

You will also play a key role in fostering relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that drive success. Your leadership will guide your team in agile delivery practices, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes for your clients.
