You have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with customer administrators at Sponsors and CMOs. What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will provide ongoing, ad-hoc consulting services to Veeva's live QMS, Quality Docs, and Training customers. You will partner with customer administrators to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with Veeva's products.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within customer systems and providing recommendations based on best practices. Your expertise will help clients navigate challenges and optimize their use of Veeva's solutions. You will also contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
