What you'll do
As a Consultant in the Managed Services team, you will be responsible for providing support to R&D customers who have started using Veeva applications. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage the full potential of Veeva's offerings. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that customers are satisfied and successful in their use of the software.
You will collaborate with a diverse team of consultants located in Hungary and Poland, contributing to the growth of the team and the company. Your responsibilities will include advising customers on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and providing training as needed. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery processes, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
