What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for providing offsite, post-go-live application administration for R&D Vault customers. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are leveraging the Veeva Vault solution effectively, helping them manage content-centric processes across clinical, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory departments. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the product and address customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
