What you'll do

As a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will be a key member of our Professional Services team, providing offsite application administration for R&D Vault customers. Your role will involve ensuring that clients can effectively utilize our cloud-based content management and collaboration solution, which is critical for managing content-centric processes across various departments within life sciences companies. You will engage with clients post-go-live, helping them navigate any challenges they encounter and optimizing their use of the Veeva Vault.

You will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, providing insights and feedback to enhance our services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also play a role in training clients on the effective use of our solutions, empowering them to achieve their business objectives.
