Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business systems analysis, ideally with experience in the life sciences or SaaS industries. You understand the importance of quality and compliance in business processes and have a knack for identifying areas for improvement. Your ability to work collaboratively with global teams allows you to effectively gather requirements and define scalable business processes. You are detail-oriented and have a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently and effectively.
Desirable
Experience with Veeva Vault or similar quality systems is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving improvements in the processes and technologies utilized by our training teams, focusing on content development, curriculum development, user management, and reporting. You will work closely with global business teams to identify requirements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and compliance. Managing project plans and performing release management will be key aspects of your responsibilities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the training teams to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
