Who you are

You have extensive experience in migration solutions, particularly within the life sciences industry, and are adept at leading project teams to implement cloud solutions. Your expertise with data and document content migration is complemented by your knowledge of Vault API and Vault migration tools, making you a valuable asset in ensuring successful customer implementations.

You are a customer advocate, working closely with various teams including Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy to drive customer success. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different locations. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively allows you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience with Veeva Vault applications or similar cloud solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the life sciences sector. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation within migration processes, and you enjoy mentoring junior team members to help them grow in their roles.

What you'll do

As a Senior Migration Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will lead customer migration implementations, providing your expertise to ensure smooth transitions to Vault R&D applications. You will collaborate with project teams to develop migration strategies that align with customer needs and industry best practices.

Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, allowing you to tailor migration solutions that meet their unique needs. You will utilize your knowledge of Vault API and migration tools to facilitate data and document content migration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

You will also be responsible for training and supporting customers during the migration process, helping them to navigate the complexities of transitioning to cloud solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers will be key to fostering trust and ensuring their long-term success with Veeva's products.

In addition, you will participate in internal initiatives aimed at improving migration processes and tools, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services group. Your insights and feedback will help shape the future of Veeva's migration offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
