What you'll do

As a Migration Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will lead customer migration implementations, ensuring that the transition to Vault R&D applications is smooth and efficient. You will leverage your expertise in data and document content migration to guide clients through the process, addressing any challenges that arise along the way. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to implement best practices for using Vault API and migration tools, ensuring that clients are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring that their feedback is incorporated into future product developments. Your responsibilities will also include training clients on the use of Veeva Vault applications and providing ongoing support to ensure their continued success. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in migration technology, sharing your insights with your team and clients alike.
