What you'll do

In this role, you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers who identify various data related to Key People in the life sciences. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team follows compliance and quality standards while working efficiently to meet the needs of the industry. Your leadership will help streamline access to critical data, ultimately reducing the time-to-market for important drugs and improving clinical trial processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of the Link initiative, ensuring that the team is aligned with Veeva's mission and values. Your ability to foster a positive team culture will be essential as you work to create an environment where researchers feel supported and empowered to excel in their roles. You will also play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Link initiative, leveraging your insights and expertise to drive innovation and growth.
