What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and the Talent Attraction team to optimize Veeva's early career hiring programs, specifically focusing on Generation Veeva. You will analyze the effectiveness of current hiring practices and evaluate whether the data-driven approach is improving hiring quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a seamless integration of processes that enhance the candidate experience. Your insights will help leaders understand the future development needs of their organizations based on hiring patterns. You will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive strategic hiring decisions. You will also monitor the success of implemented changes and continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process. Your role will involve regular reporting on key metrics and trends to inform leadership decisions.
