What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and the Talent Attraction team to enhance Veeva's early career hiring programs, specifically focusing on Generation Veeva, which targets recent graduates across various departments. You will analyze patterns in the talent hired and assess whether the current hiring approach improves quality and efficiency. Your work will involve integrating data-driven methodologies into the recruitment process, moving away from traditional resume-based screening. You will collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience, providing insights that help shape the future development needs of the organization. Your strategic value will be evident as you translate data insights into recommendations for leadership, helping them understand the evolving talent landscape. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring practices, ensuring that Veeva remains competitive in attracting top talent.
